We are an active, friendly group of volunteers who enjoy working on projects to improve the environment and sustainability of our growing town.

You would be very welcome to join us – as a committee member, project volunteer or supporter.

The committee meets monthly – often on zoom – to plan our activities, track finances and devise new projects. People signing up to our emails or tracking us on social media can then find out what project – from woodland management, pond restoration to litter picking and tree mapping and much more – they’d like to join in with.

​

Our volunteers range in age from 4 to 84!  Most come for the outdoors, to learn a new skill – and to enjoy themselves.

We keep supporters up to date with progress and new plans by email – and welcome their input. We have regular social catch-ups and events.
